The Genesis, the right sequence and order of creation (Part 1)

Dear Friends and Readers,

Thank you for being among the very first fifty people to purchase The Genesis, the Right Sequence and Order of Creation (Part 1).  This book represents years of contemplation and thinking through questions that have occupied philosophers and scientists alike: how creation unfolds, in what order, and why that sequence matters, and how scientific discovery might reconcile with biblical accounts.  Your decision to read it means more to me than a sale; it means someone believed the ideas were worth their time.

As Part 1 of the RiSOCR series, this book is just the beginning of a larger conversation and fellowship I hope to build with friends and readers like you. I’d be truly grateful if you found a few minutes to leave an honest review on Amazon (click the link below) — early reviews are what help a new book find its footing and reach the next fifty, and the next five hundred, readers. If any part of the book sparked a question, a disagreement, or a new thought, I’d genuinely love to hear it. Thank you again for reading, and for helping this journey begin and continue.

With gratitude,

David

Author Profile and Biography

David John De Liu is a Singapore-trained urban planner and city masterplanner whose work has shaped large-scale developments across 43 cities in 20 countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. A former civil servant with Singapore’s planning authority, he went on to work as a senior planning consultant for government-linked companies and private real estate developers.

A born-again Christian since 1987, David has spent decades questioning inherited religious and institutional teachings, drawn instead to direct study of Scripture and personal spiritual discernment. His long engagement with popular science writing — particularly the work of Brian Greene and Walter Isaacson — led him to explore how scientific discovery might be reconciled with biblical accounts of creation.

The Genesis, the Right Sequence and Order of Creation (Part 1) is the first installment in his RiSOCR series, examining the origins of the universe and Earth through both scientific and scriptural lenses. Part 2, focused on Earth’s transition from its pre-solar to solar age, and to post-solar age is forthcoming.

David began his book-writing journey in 2026, marking a new chapter in what he calls his “ongoing becoming.”
